Effytec Operator II Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $18.50 /hour Full Time work available Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:30am) Operate Effytec packaging equipment safely and efficiently according to product specifications. Perform line changeovers accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor equipment and production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and communicate problems to the appropriate team members. Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all food safety and quality procedures.

Effytec Operator II Qualifications:

Previous experience operating Effytec packaging equipment is required. Prior machine operating or manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Strong technical and mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment. Ability to follow detailed production, safety, and quality procedures. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
