In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for preparing, configuring, and optimizing Weinig moulders to ensure precise and efficient production of wood components. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality standards, minimize downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery in a fast-paced environment dedicated to craftsmanship and innovation. Responsibilities Set up and calibrate Weinig moulders according to technical specifications and production requirements. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on moulding equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards during setup and production runs. Conduct equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and adjustments to minimize downtime during manufacturing processes. Operate field service tools including scissor lifts safely for maintenance or setup tasks in elevated areas. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing facilities with a focus on machinery setup and maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with industrial mechanic experienc Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in English. •
