        SCHEDULE
         Day shift: Monday
        • Friday, 5:30 am
        • 2:00 pm. Swing shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 pm
        • 1:30 am
        KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
        • Set up and operate slitter/rewinder machines based on job specifications
        • Inspect labels for defects and remove or repair faulty sections
        • Monitor production to ensure correct roll size, footage, and quality
        • Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
        • Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean workspace
        • Complete production logs and material tracking documentation
        WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
        • Minimum of 1 year of experience in ing, manufacturing, or similar production environment
        • Experience with slitting, rewinding, or similar converting equipment preferred
        • Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
        • Basic mechanical aptitude and mathematics knowledge
        PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
        This position works in a manufacturing environment and requires standing for extended periods, lifting, pushing, and pulling materials, and working around machinery.
