In this role, you'll operate equipment used in metal component production , ensuring consistent quality and efficient output.

Schedule Swing Shift:

Monday - Thursday Overtime available based on production needs What You'll Do Operate manufacturing equipment used in metal component production Load and unload raw materials and finished parts Monitor machines to ensure consistent production and quality Perform basic machine setup and adjustments Inspect parts using measuring tools and gauges Record production counts and quality checks Troubleshoot minor issues and escalate larger problems as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing best practices What We're Looking For Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work overtime as needed Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable with reliable transportation Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to stand for up to 10 hours Lift up to 40 lbs occasionally Perform repetitive hand and arm movements Why Join Us Consistent 4-day workweek (Mon-Thurs) Opportunity to earn more with overtime Hands-on role with valuable manufacturing experience Team-oriented, safety-first environment
