Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Mixer to join their team. As a Mixer, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting food safety, quality assurance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
all shifts What's the Job? Set up, inspect, and operate production equipment to ensure proper functionality and cleanliness prior to production. Monitor equipment and production processes to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues, make necessary adjustments, and document repairs or process changes. Immediately report equipment malfunctions, food safety concerns, quality issues, or process deviations to supervision. Complete batch records, production paperwork, sanitation records, and other required documentation accurately. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, food production, or machine operation experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to accurately complete production and quality documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards. What's in it for me?
