Monday•Thursday, 6:00 AM•4:30 PM This is a temp-to-hire position. Full Job Description Our client is seeking an entry-level PCB Setup Machine Operator to join their production team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in electronics manufacturing. The primary responsibility is supporting machine setup by loading component tapes into feeders and ensuring smooth operation on the production floor. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to stay on your feet throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and set up component tapes into machine feeders Assist with setup and preparation of PCB assembly equipment Verify correct components are loaded and aligned properly Monitor machines during operation and report issues to leads or supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow work instructions and quality standards Support production team with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Entry-level; no prior experience required Previous PCB or electronics manufacturing experience preferred Familiarity with electronic components is a plus Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Reliable, punctual, and looking for long-term opportunity

$18.00•$20.00 per hour
