Saturday OT if needed; 5:00 am - 1:30pm

Assembly Worker/Pallets Duties :

Determine job requirements on crates to be produced. Read route sheet and blueprints. Proof the route sheet for completeness and accuracy. Locate and pull materials required to complete job. Produce the product from the Bill of Materials (BOM), which accompanies the blueprint and describes the production procedure. Notify supervisor of any material or mechanical issues. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Education/Skills/Knowledge:

Ability to work individually and as a team member. Ability to use a variety of tools, staple/nail guns, glue rollers, power screw driver, drill press, chop saw, band saw, tape measure. Ability to read and follow directions. Mechanical aptitude to operate machines is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, twist, crouch and kneel as required. Job requires ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
