At Vision Plastics, Inc., we're proud to manufacture high-quality plastic parts for a wide range of industries - and we're growing! We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our graveyard shift team. If you enjoy hands-on work in a clean, organized environment and want paid on-the-job training with opportunities to grow, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality molded parts Follow written and verbal production instructions Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, trimming and labeling as needed Monitor machines for proper operation and report issues to your supervisor Keep an accurate count of parts and complete production paperwork Communicate effectively with team members across shifts Keep your work area clean and organized What You'll Bring Ability to read and follow instructions and perform basic math Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 25 lbs. Basic mechanical or manufacturing experience a plus Leadership or trainer experience preferred Why Vision Plastics?
