Swing Shift Dryer Operator

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dry Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining dry processing equipment within our production facility, ensuring efficient and high-quality output. Your expertise will help us meet production goals while adhering to safety and quality standards. Duties Operate dry processing machinery monitoring for sparks, operating fire suppression, filling dry material hopper, monitoring dryer material Handle materials safely using forklifts, front end loader, and other materials handling tools, ensuring proper storage and movement within the manufacturing facility. Perform basic maintenance on equipment, including tooling changes and mechanical adjustments, to minimize downtime. Support quality control processes by monitoring moisture content readings on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain detailed documentation of production activities, machine settings, and inspection results for traceability.

Warehouse cleaning duties:

sweeping, shoveling loose material. Skills Experience with materials handling equipment like forklifts; certification available. Familiarity with factory safety protocols, quality control procedures, and manufacturing best practices. Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments accurately. Basic knowledge of computer/ tablet. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and setting machine parameters.
