The ideal candidate will support daily paint line operations by loading and unloading parts, preparing components for the painting process, performing quality inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload components on the paint line in a safe and efficient manner. Set up the production line by changing hooks and racks as needed for different parts. Hang and remove parts from the conveyor system. Install and remove protective plugs from parts during the painting process. Inspect finished and in-process parts to identify defects or quality issues. Work collaboratively with team members and maintain effective communication. Follow all company safety policies, encourage a safe work environment, and promptly report unsafe conditions or incidents. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
