NOW HIRING - FIELD CREW MEMBER

High Performance Sealcoating We are looking for experienced, motivated individuals to join our hardworking and reliable team. This position includes a variety of outdoor construction and property maintenance work, including sealcoating, asphalt repair, line striping, and underground fiber optic installation. Job Duties Sealcoating residential and commercial parking lots and driveways Crack filling and asphalt repair/patchwork Parking lot line striping Underground fiber optic installation Installing fiber optic drops to residential properties Operating or assisting with vibratory plows, boring equipment, and other underground utility equipment Hand digging and trenching when needed Loading, unloading, and maintaining equipment Jobsite cleanup Following safety procedures and utility markings Working efficiently as part of a crew Qualifications Previous sealcoating, construction, landscaping, excavation, or underground utility experience is a plus Experience with fiber optic drop installation or underground utilities is a plus Able to operate equipment or willing to learn Reliable transportation Able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and positive attitude Dependable and able to work well with a crew What We Offer Competitive Pay Consistent Work Growth Opportunities Supportive Team Opportunity to learn multiple trades, including asphalt maintenance and underground utility installation Take pride.
