Hour Rotating Day Shifts:
7:00am - 7:00pmStarting Pay:
- $22.75/hour and up for highly qualified candidates based on experience, skills, and machine proficiency. Are you a skilled machine operator looking for your next career opportunity? Join our team as an ECO Solo Operator and take control of state-of-the-art folder/gluer machinery in our paperboard packaging operation.
- What You'll Do
- As our ECO Solo Operator, you'll be the master of your machine.
_Main responsibilities include:
_- Operating and setting up folder/gluer machinery with precision
- Ensuring product quality and meeting production targets
- Conducting preventative maintenance and housekeeping
- Reading work orders and following detailed specifications
- Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with support teams
- Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and machine performance
- What We're Looking For

Experience That Matters:
_- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years machine operation experience
- Folder/gluer experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards _

- Reliable attendance and flexibility to cover shifts when needed

Physical Requirements:
