What You'll Do As our ECO Solo Operator, you'll be the master of your machine. You'll operate sophisticated folder/gluer equipment, ensuring top-quality paperboard packaging production while maintaining our high standards for safety and efficiency. Main responsibilities include:

Operating and setting up folder/gluer machinery with precision Ensuring product quality and meeting production targets Conducting preventative maintenance and housekeeping Reading work orders and following detailed specifications Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with support teams Contributing ideas to improve efficiency and machine performance

What We're Looking For Experience That Matters:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years machine operation experience Folder/gluer experience is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate Strong attention to detail and quality standards
