Machine Operator Cambridge Springs , PA 4 DAYS AGO 22650062 Summary Cambridge Springs , PA In-Person $18.00 - $18.00 per Hour 12 Months Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Evening, Night Shift / Full-Time Description Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable candidates for several CNC Machine Operator positions with a company in Cambridge Springs PA. There are openings on 2nd and 3rd shift with a pay rate of $18. $17 with $1 shift differential. CNC Machine Operator
SHIFTS:
2nd shift 3pm-11:15pm Monday through Friday; 3rd Shift 11pm-7:15am
Sunday-Thursday PAY:
$17 plus $1 shift differential
  • Screening Process--resume submission with a face to face interview with the production manager
  • Candidates must pass drug screen and be open to a criminal background check
  • Duties and Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate CNC hand and automated load lathes.
Knowledge of quality standards to ensure product meets or exceeds customer expectations. Follow standard work instructions and SOP's. Produce quality products to meet production requirements. Verification of gauges. Visually inspect product for defects. Calculate and manually enter off-sets. Daily machine maintenance; checking and adding proper fluids. Follow 5S procedures. Abide by company rules, policies and procedures. Ability to follow work instructions to meet procedures; including TS and IATF work procedures. Basic troubleshooting of machine issues. Understand basic SPC practices. Promote continuous improvement ideas. Accurately report daily production and scrap. Operate as a team player, working and communicating well with others while promoting team work throughout the shop. All other duties as assigned.
