Assembly Team Member Join our team as an Assembly Team Member and help build high-quality trailers in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in producing quality work, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a positive workplace. Key Responsibilities Assemble quality trailers efficiently and accurately in a production setting Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and tools Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Arrive on time to support production goals and team success Safely operate power tools and assembly line equipment Read and follow work orders and instructions Complete quality checks and final inspection sheets Perform daily equipment inspections before shift start Assist with trailer assembly tasks such as axles, wiring, decking, and inspections Support other production areas as needed Qualifications Ability to lift up to 80 pounds safely Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working 10-hour shifts with possible overtime Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Work Environment Manufacturing environment with exposure to moving equipment, vibration, and airborne particles Noise levels may be loud Position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, climbing, and other physical activity throughout the shift If you enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a team setting, and take pride in building quality products, we would love to hear from you.
