We are hiring Machine Operators to join our production team. You'll operate automated cutting and large-format printing equipment, prepare materials, monitor quality, and help keep production moving. You don't need experience with our specific equipment — we will train the right person. We're looking for dependable people who are comfortable working around machinery, pay attention to detail, and are willing to learn. What You'll Do Operate automated cutting and large-format printing equipment Load and unload rolls and sheets of material Set up machines and make routine adjustments Monitor production and check finished products for quality Change blades, tooling, and other consumable parts as needed Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance Learn to operate multiple types of production equipment Help other areas of production when needed Work with the production team to meet deadlines and keep jobs moving Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent Reliable and dependable work habits Ability to follow directions and production instructions Good attention to detail Comfortable working around machinery Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Basic computer skills A safety-first mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, printing, or other hands-on production experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods of time Bend, squat, reach, and twist regularly Lift and move rolls, sheets, and finished products as needed Schedule 1st and 2nd shifts are available. Final shift assignments depend on staffing needs and availability. Candidates must be willing to work either shift as business needs change.
