Clinton, PA 15026 Overview Operate and maintain multiple types of machines used in the production of metal and plastic components. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and hands-on experience with machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance. Job Description Set up and operate various machines including lathes, cutters, grinders, presses, and drills Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure accuracy using measuring tools and templates Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to determine specifications Position and secure materials using fixtures, chucks, or feeding mechanisms Install and adjust tools such as drills, cutters, and dies Replace worn tools and machine components using hand tools Perform minor mechanical and electrical adjustments and report major issues Maintain machines through routine cleaning, oiling, and coolant management Follow production processes and quality standards to ensure efficiency Required Skills 2-4 years of machine operator experience Basic blueprint reading ability Knowledge of machine tools, materials, and production processes Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to perform minor machine maintenance Good verbal and written communication skills Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Benefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
