Mechanic 3rd Monday-Friday 11pm-7:30am Train on 1st shift: $27, once trained you will move to 3rd shift ($28.50) Join our team as a Mechanic 3rd, where you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our production machinery, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime. Responsibilities Troubleshoot machine issues and assist in repairs, including unjamming and rethreading lines, and replacing worn or broken drive belts and bearings. Manage product changeovers efficiently to reduce downtime, which involves changing paper sizes and adjusting several areas of the manufacturing line. Perform general maintenance on machines and other production equipment as needed. experience working with conveyors, gears, and preventative maintenance.
