As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting daily production operations.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Operating manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently Monitoring machine performance and ensuring consistent production output Performing grinding and machine operation tasks as assigned Inspecting products to meet quality standards Following production schedules and work instructions Packaging finished products as required Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhering to all safety and quality procedures Performing additional duties as assigned to support team success
What We're Looking For:
No previous manufacturing experience necessary—training provided Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. (up to 50 lbs. as needed) Comfort with standing, walking, bending, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift Willingness to work in a safety-focused environment with manufacturing equipment Flexibility to work overtime when required Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Pay Details:
