Excellent Career Growth Opportunities The CV2 Assistant Operator supports daily production by supplying materials, assisting with line operations, and helping the CV2 Operator maintain efficient output and product quality. When assistance is not needed on the CV2 line, this role handles materials for other production lines. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Strong attendance and punctuality are essential, along with the ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing priorities, communicate with the team, and keep the work area clean and organized. Responsibilities Supply the CV2 line with materials and move finished products to their designated locations. Assist the CV2 Operator with changeovers, reel changes, startups, pellet monitoring, scrap removal, and cleanup. Learn to operate the CV2 line to cover the operator's breaks and lunches. Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and a walk-behind Big Joe. Handle materials for other production lines and load or unload trucks as needed. Follow company safety and quality procedures and keep the work area clean and organized. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures. Basic math skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to safely operate material handling and packaging equipment

Saturday Pay:
$21.00 per hour, plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium.
