A Manufacturing Machine Operator operates machinery used in a manufacturing facility, including a range of machines used for the production or transport of goods.

What You'll Do:
Learn to set up and operate bindery equipment Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving
What We're Looking For:
No bindery experience? No problem – we'll train you! We're looking for people who: Have experience operating machinery in any industry Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools Can read basic job instructions and measurements Take pride in doing quality work Show up reliably and work well with a team Have a HS diploma or GED It's a plus if you have: Print, Bindery, or Finishing experience Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment Physical Requirements Frequent turning, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs) Continuous walking and/or standing. Occasional kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and sitting. Occasional pushing/pulling up to 50lbs. Why Join Sheridan?
