We pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled customer experience offering full-service technical capabilities of an in-house engineering staff, research and development metallurgical lab, machine shop and secondary operations. We are actively seeking molding die setters to join our team on first and second shifts. Candidates must have the ability to set-up and tear out multi-action presses (knowledge of Gasbarre, Osterwalder and Cincinnati preferred).

General Requirements include:

1. Ability to work safely around equipment and tooling. 2. Demonstrate positive attitude with fellow employees. 3. Strive to produce high quality parts and reduce scrap. 4. Keep and maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.

Specific Requirements include:

1. Set up and perform all adjustments on Atlas presses. 2. Ability to set up production parts in routed time for all presses 3. Ability to identify different cracks and make proper adjustments to remove them 4. Collaborate with engineering department on continuous improvements 5. Ability to set up sample parts and provide feedback on new and existing designs 6. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills 7. Ability to work well with others, be a team player and train others as needed We offer a competitive wage and a premium medical and prescription insurance plan, as well as dental and vision insurance.
