Description Turn Up the Heat on Your Career! We're seeking a detail-oriented Oven Operator to join our precision heat-treating team. If you're fascinated by the transformative power of heat treatment and enjoy working with advanced industrial equipment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our manufacturing process.
What You'll Do:
Operate and monitor industrial ovens/furnaces to achieve precise heat-treating specifications Load and unload products following strict timing and temperature protocols Program and adjust temperature controls to meet various product requirements Monitor heating cycles and cooling processes Perform quality checks to ensure products meet heat treatment specifications Document temperature readings, cycle times, and product data Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Collaborate with team members to maintain production flowWhat You'll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred but not required-OJT Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures Basic computer skills for operating digital control systems Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials Reliable attendance and willingness to work shifts Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset Basic math skills for temperature and timing calculationsSafety First:
