Beavertown Block Co is seeking a mechanically inclined Block Machine Operator to run and support concrete block production equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, troubleshooting problems, and staying hands-on throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is a self starter with a positive attitude who can focus on efficiency and quality

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and adjust block production equipment Set up mix designs per production schedule Inspect finished units for quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues Assist with routine maintenance and basic repairs Complete daily production reports Follow all safety procedures

Preferred Qualification:

Mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues Maintenance or manufacturing experience strongly preferred Basic electrical experience a plus Basic math & reading skills Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Dependable, safety-focused, team-oriented

Work Environment:

This is an active, hands-on position. We're looking for someone who likes to stay busy. Operators are expected to remain engaged with machine monitoring, adjustments, inspections, and plant support tasks.

Schedule:

8 1/2 hour shift Overtime may be necessary based on workload
