York, PA Pay:
$20 - $24/hr Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join our team across the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, working with state-of-the-art machinery to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. You will receive extensive training to ensure you are fully prepared to excel in your role. Benefits/Company Info Strong benefits package Excellent company culture, collaborative team environment Small company feel Clean and safe work environment Responsibilities Operate digital controlled machinery and auxiliary equipment to produce quality products that meet customer expectations and production goals. Load raw material, correctly feed wire through the machine, and remove finished products. Change machinery over from one product or package to another, performing quality welds using appropriate butt welders. Conduct operator preventative maintenance on all production and support equipment as assigned. Maintain accurate production and quality records using tools such as tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. Understand and adhere to product quality, delivery, and scrap measurements. Operate machinery efficiently and safely, following all safety procedures and policies, and wearing all assigned PPE. Keep work area clean and organized for the next operator. Participate in training, employee meetings, committees, and project teams as appropriate. Operate a forklift as part of daily tasks, maintaining a valid license and passing OSHA-approved training. Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with changing priorities. Troubleshoot problems using standard problem-solving methods to direct support personnel in resolving issue Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East York, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
