Job Description:
As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks across different departments within our production facility. These tasks include but are not limited to, crimping, soldering, wire harnessing, mechanical assembly, magnetics winding, and stacking. You will be a part of a team committed to quality, and we will provide you with comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Winding and stacking magnetics, crimping, soldering, mechanical assembly, with some welding duties. Use of standard shop and assembly tools. Basic computer operations. Utilize mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed. Collaborate with team members across departments to maintain production flow.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and pull 25-40 pounds. Ability to stand for 90% of the workday.
Required Skills/Experience:
Basic computer experience. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Read and interpret electrical prints.
