The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery, ensuring quality control, and maintaining production efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operations and the ability to read blueprints accurately. Duties Operate and monitor CNC machines, presses, and other manufacturing equipment. Conduct quality control checks using tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines correctly. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Utilize hand tools and other equipment safely and effectively in a factory setting. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment. Experience Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred. Familiarity with SolidWorks for design interpretation is a plus. Knowledge of tooling processes and quality control measures is essential. Ability to work with various hand tools and machinery safely. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience in warehouse operations will be advantageous.
