Day Shift and Night Shift Available:

Day shift: 7:00am

• 3:00pm.

Night shift:

3:00pm

• 11:00pm.

• setting up and operating a machine that will coating corrugated flexible metal hose. Produces sheets of stock metal, plastic, and rubber in the cylinders. Produce pipes and uses machines to blend over the cylinders for production Segmenters
• accurately cutting materials according to specifications and testing hoses for any imperfections. Testers
• Testing and spooling the flexible hose before it is sent out.

Essential duties/responsibilities:

Remove and replace forming dies, sizing rollers and drive belts in accordance with setup specifications. Butt weld or splice start piece to coil stock, set haul off speeds and welding controls. Cut sample weld joint and examine under microscope. Run work in process in accordance with scheduled work order. Postproduction data to inventory usage report. Perform preventative maintenance and minor repair and adjustments to equipment. About the
