ARx Machine Operator Medical & Pharmaceutical Manufacturing - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Opportunities Available Join a growing team where quality, precision, and teamwork drive every shift. We are seeking motivated Machine Operators to support our production lines as skilled Machine Operators . This role plays a key part in producing high‑quality medical products in a clean, controlled environment. What You'll Do Operate production machinery to create adhesive and medical products Train thoroughly on all policies, protocols, and procedures to ensure safe, compliant operation. Perform primary and secondary packaging, material handling, and cleaning/sanitization tasks. Conduct in‑process sampling, inspections, and testing as required. Follow all documented procedures, including Quality Procedures, Manufacturing Procedures, Batch Records, and planned deviations. Operate in full compliance with pharmaceutical manufacturing cGMPs (21 CFR 211) . Complete all production paperwork and documentation accurately and on time. Seek assistance from Technical Operators or Supervisors whenever questions or unexpected issues arise. Essential Skills Basic mechanical aptitude and hands‑on problem‑solving ability. Ability to read work orders, follow written instructions, and work with numbers. Familiarity with manufacturing or machine operation. Ability to measure accurately, including using tape measures. Basic computer skills (a plus). Work Environment Our ARx facility offers a clean, bright, near-clean-room environment with strong emphasis on safety, communication, and teamwork. The work pace is steady but not overwhelming, allowing employees to focus on quality and accuracy. Candidates should be comfortable with the adhesive-related odors common in this part of production. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glen Rock, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.10/hr.
