Laser Machine Operator

Wednesday
•Saturday| 3:00 PM

AM Pay Rate:
$20.00/hour TOPS Staffing is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Glenshaw, PA to hire a Laser Machine Operator for an afternoon shift opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or machine operation experience who take pride in precision, quality, and consistency. In this position, you'll operate laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality components used in architectural and commercial products installed in public spaces nationwide. Job Responsibilities:
Operate laser cutting machines using pre-programmed jobs Load materials and monitor machine performance during production Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to drawings Verify material type, dimensions, and tolerances Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic machine checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines
Required Qualifications:
Experience operating laser cutting machines or similar manufacturing equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic understanding of machine controls and production processes Ability to read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings Reliable attendance and ability to work independently Preferred /
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Previous manufacturing or machining experience Familiarity with CAD or design software Knowledge of materials used in laser cutting operations Forklift experience
Education:
High school diploma or GED required
