Daily Duties:

Check schedule daily to see what items will be ran Hook mix tanks to appropriate down lines to flavor vats Sanitize lines, flavor vats, freezers, fillers with Matrixx Test to insure proper concentrations are being dispensed Add additional sanitizer or adjust dispenser if needed Draw mix to flavor vats, flavor and color mix Fill out daily paperwork Mix and flavoring quantities, times, lot numbers Make coloring and citric acid as needed Keep inventories of flavorings and inclusions. Report inventories to purchasing agent Take trash to dumpster and recyclables to appropriate areas Keep flavor vat area clean and organized Assist in plant as needed Schedule 4:30AM to completion (approximately 2:30PM) Starting wage of $23.82 / hour ; increased to $24.42 after 60 days of positive performance - $36.63/hour per OT Hour
