Job Summary Join our team as a Manufacturing Operator II, where you will play a crucial role in the efficient production and assembly of our high-quality products. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, safety-focused environment committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement. Primary Duties
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform routine inspections and maintain accurate production records to comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in lean manufacturing efforts.
- Handle materials and products according to established procedures, maintaining attention to detail and minimizing waste.
- Assist in training new operators and sharing best practices to promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery and understanding of production processes.
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within a diverse workplace.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience utilizing computerized systems for production tracking and reporting is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
