Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Hazleton, PA. This role is ideal for a safety-focused production professional with manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or forklift experience who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. As a Machine Operator, you will support daily production operations by running manufacturing equipment, monitoring product quality, moving materials with a forklift, and assisting with shipping and receiving.   • Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment safely according to established procedures and production requirements.
  • Set up, adjust, monitor, and troubleshoot equipment to meet quality standards and reduce downtime.
  • Inspect finished products, maintain accurate production records, and complete required documentation.
  • Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving duties, including loading, unloading, and verifying inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety policies, GMPs, and quality procedures. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay:
    $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.

  • Multiple shifts open.
  • Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required based on production needs.
