Overview Responsible for ensuring the company's pet pad machines are continuously operating at optimal levels to ensure production output goals. Duties Daily operation of the pet pad production machine including start up and shut down, loading and replenishing raw materials, and adjusting settings for optimal output Perform daily machine inspections and conduct minor adjustments and repairs Perform troubleshooting Coordinate raw materials and machine parts stock, proper loading, and replacement and disposal Perform and report periodic quality conformance inspection of product by appearance and weight Record and communicate regularly production output results and inventory Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while complying with company safety policies, and housekeeping and manufacturing procedures Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED Knowledge of:

Basic manufacturing principles High speed personal pad machines Basic electrical Mechanical tools and equipment use Interpreting machine blueprints and specifications Skill in: JWC SEC or related personal pad manufacturing machines Use of various mechanical tools Ability to: Identify obvious product defects and reporting production concerns Read, understand, and follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures Demonstrate attention to detail Present data and information in a variety of methods Continuously challenge oneself and others to improve better operating practices Act with urgency Prepare reports using a variety of methods from multiple sources of data Identify causation of variances Multi-task under strict deadlines while having multiple priorities at one time Exhibit positive attitude and openness to learning Effectively communicate and work in a cross-cultural environment Demonstrate high-level of organization and planning Exercise independent motivation Follow verbal and written instructions Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written Exhibit courteous and respectful demeanor towards all company personnel in words and action Exhibit a cooperative, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving Build teamwork and resolve conflicts Work independently with minimal supervision

Heavy work:

Activities will involve frequent standing and walking and communicating verbally and in writing. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds of force frequently, and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Correct visual acuity to 20/20. Physical ability to move body quickly in order to avoid moving mechanical parts and/or heavy machinery.
