This position involves operating and supporting Wire EDM machining processes , working with precision equipment to produce high-quality parts while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Machine Tool Operator:

Operate and support Wire EDM process equipment Acquire knowledge of and operate hole-pop machines Change and align EDM wire as required Review and interpret drawings and work instructions Visually inspect incoming parts prior to machining Create and review job files, run sheets, and geometry files Set up parts in machines, including indicating and locating workpieces Monitor machine operations and perform in-process checks Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning Maintain housekeeping in the Wire EDM area, including wiping down tables and machines Requirements of the

Machine Tool Operator:

Mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing processes Ability to read and understand technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to use basic hand tools Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Previous machine operating experience preferred but not required This role offers the opportunity to develop specialized machining skills while working in a precision manufacturing environment.
