General Laborer Job Description Join a team that operates a closed-loop system recycling post-production polycarbonate and PVC scrap, repurposing over 13,000 tons annually into durable thermoplastic products. This innovative process significantly reduces waste to less than 1%, diverting plastic from landfills and minimizing ecological impact. You will support various functions of the production line, including palletizing and quality inspections on plastic sheets used in products like Plexiglass, which play a crucial role in supporting businesses and schools. Responsibilities Support different functions of the production line. Perform quality inspections on plastic sheets. Palletize products as necessary. Ensure adherence to safety protocols. Participate in efficient machine operation. Essential Skills Experience as a Machine Operator. Understanding of manufacturing and production processes. Familiarity with plastic manufacturing. Commitment to safety standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications 6 months of experience in manufacturing or production. Experience in material handling including replenishments, unloading, and loading. Ability to work in a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
