- Job Responsibilities
- + Operate multiple production machines while monitoring cycle times and workflow.
- Required Qualifications
- + Minimum of 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to manage multiple machines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. + Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations. + Experience using hand tools, wrenches, and basic measuring equipment. + Dependable work history with strong attendance, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Preferred Experience
- + CNC machine operation experience is highly preferred. + Experience using gauges, calipers, or other precision measuring tools. + Previous production, assembly, or general manufacturing experience. + Blueprint reading experience is a plus. + Desire to learn CNC machining and expand technical manufacturing skills.
