• Job Responsibilities
• + Operate multiple production machines while monitoring cycle times and workflow.

+ Load and unload metal components into machine fixtures safely and accurately. + Use hand tools and torque wrenches to secure fixtures before machine operation. + Perform quality inspections using gauges and measuring tools throughout production. + Record production results and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Required Qualifications
• + Minimum of 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to manage multiple machines simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. + Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations. + Experience using hand tools, wrenches, and basic measuring equipment. + Dependable work history with strong attendance, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Preferred Experience
• + CNC machine operation experience is highly preferred. + Experience using gauges, calipers, or other precision measuring tools. + Previous production, assembly, or general manufacturing experience. + Blueprint reading experience is a plus. + Desire to learn CNC machining and expand technical manufacturing skills.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $19.

00 - $19.00/hr.
