Job Summary A growing manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assistant to join its production team. This hands-on role supports quality assurance, packaging, and material handling processes while helping maintain efficient workflow and product excellence.

Schedule:

7am-7pm on a rotating 8 day schedule. 4 days on and 4 days off. Key Responsibilities Quality Control Perform visual and physical inspections of finished products Identify defects or inconsistencies and take corrective action Accurately document inspection results and quality issues Support continuous improvement of quality procedures Production Support Assist with loading materials into production equipment Prepare and load packaging materials (cartons, wrappers, etc.) Repack or rework damaged/non-conforming products Monitor inventory levels of packaging supplies Ensure packaging materials meet required standards Safety & Efficiency Collaborate with production and quality teams Follow all safety procedures and material handling guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing or production experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to safety and company policies Ability to lift and move materials as needed Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable working in a warehouse/production environment Manual dexterity and ability to use hand tools J & J pays WEEKLY and we offer Direct Deposit, Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, Paid Time Off, and a $$$ Referral Bonus $$$ !!!
