$15-$18/hour We're a precision manufacturing company looking for reliable part-time machine operators. No experience necessary—we train. This is a flexible, on-call position. We call you when we have production runs. You show up, run the machine, and get paid for the hours you work. What you'll do: Load and unload parts from machines Drill center support holes Deburr parts Tumble and sort parts Pack and prep orders Basic assembly What we need from you: Show up on time Follow written instructions Stay off your phone during work hours Stand for 4-6 hour shifts Lift up to 50 lbs No experience needed—we train What we don't want: People who show up late People who can't put their phone down People who need to be entertained

Schedule:

On-call. We call you when we need you. 4-8 hour shifts. Flexible days. No set schedule.
