Assembly Details:

Temp-to-Hire position

$15.00 /hour

Full Time work available

Weekend work required

First Shift

Assemble headlamp units using small parts and hand tools

Operate tape machines and sonic welding equipment

Use wire cutters and hand tools to prepare components

Solder wires to circuit boards with precision and accuracy

Perform repetitive assembly tasks while meeting production goals

Assembly Qualifications:

• Ability to work with small parts requiring good hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Experience with soldering and electronic components a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be available to work 1 Saturday a month if needed.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
