Multi-Axis Wire Form Technician

Now hiring Multi-Axis Wire Form Technician for a company in McKees Rocks. Weekly pay ranging between $18 - $24 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

Set up, operate, and tear down multi-axis CNC wire forming machines in accordance with engineering drawings, work instructions, and customer specifications. Load materials, install tooling, and verify machine alignment and setup prior to production runs. Diagnose and adjust mechanical components and tooling parameters to achieve dimensional accuracy. Monitor machine performance during production, making real-time adjustments to maintain consistency and efficiency. Inspect finished wire forms using precision measuring tools and gauges to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances. Identify defects or equipment issues and implement corrective actions as needed. Perform routine preventative maintenance, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on equipment.

Requirements:

Previous experience with operating multi-axis machinery is preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Knowledge of measuring instruments.
