  • 3:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Automated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.
This position is responsible for operating and monitoring automated production equipment, maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting basic machine issues, and ensuring production goals are met safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has previous experience operating automated machinery, production equipment, CNC equipment, or similar manufacturing systems. Candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn automated equipment are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment throughout the production process. Set up and adjust machines according to established procedures and production requirements. Monitor machine performance and product quality. Perform routine inspections and make basic machine adjustments as needed. Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report more complex problems to the appropriate team. Load materials/components into automated equipment and remove finished products. Perform quality checks according to established specifications. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures. Meet established production and efficiency goals. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Previous machine operation or automated equipment experience preferred. Manufacturing, CNC, assembly, or mechanical experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documentation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
