  • 11:30 PM Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and mechanically inclined Milling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.
This position is responsible for operating production machinery and ensuring parts are produced safely, accurately, and efficiently. Milling experience is strongly preferred, but we are also interested in candidates with solid machine operating experience and the mechanical aptitude to learn new equipment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor manufacturing and production machinery. Set up and operate machines according to established procedures and specifications. Operate milling equipment as required. Load and unload materials and parts from machinery. Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed. Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications. Identify quality issues and report machine or production problems. Follow work instructions, production specifications, and safety procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet established production and quality goals. Qualifications Previous machine operating experience preferred. Milling experience is strongly preferred. CNC, machining, or other manufacturing equipment experience is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Ability to use basic measuring tools and inspection equipment. Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
