Life Insurance Job Description:
A Material Handling Specialist is responsible for inspecting, organizing, and preparing product (such as retail, industrial, or promotional) for shipment. They ensure high quality, package goods to prevent damage, and maintain accurate inventory records
Responsibilities:
Understand and follow all safety procedures/policies Constantly inspects finished product before it is packed into carton and notifies bag line operator of quality issues Weighs and numbers cases, fills out proper documentation Stacks finished product on pallet evenly and correctly Assists Converting Operator in all roll changes Checks all safety guards are in place and properly working at their station Performs quality checks and completes related documentation Maintains a clean and safe work area Assists Converting Operator as assigned

High School High School Diploma or GED Experience:
6 months "No Experience Required - We Will Fully Train the Right Person!"

Moderate Lifting (up to 50 lbs),Standing / Walking,Repetitive Motion,Bending / Stooping / Kneeling,Pushing /
Pulling,Hot Environments,Cold Environments Skills:
Relay inventory shortages immediately to machine operators to prevent line stoppages.,Coordinate seamlessly with packers, extruder operators, and warehouse logistics staff.,Pivot quickly when production schedules shift or urgent rush orders arrive.,Maintain high alertness to spot safety hazards in busy forklift and machinery zones.,Prioritize tasks efficiently to keep multiple production lines constantly supplied.
