Months Job Summary:
Operate and set up specialized machinery used for finishing plastic cards and sheets while maintaining product quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery. Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary machine adjustments. Follow job specifications, SOPs, and production procedures. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Complete required paperwork and production data entry. Communicate production, quality, and maintenance issues to supervisors. Support 5S/continuous improvement activities and assist other operators as needed.
Requirements:
Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and math skills. Familiarity with hand tools and calipers. Ability to read and follow SOPs. High school diploma/GED preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 35 lbs. Safety shoes and PPE required. ET_PB01

$17.00 per hour
