Position Overview
Join a dynamic production environment where precision meets craftsmanship. you'll play a vital role in transforming plastic cards and sheets into high-quality finished products using advanced machinery and hands-on expertise.
What You'll Do
Take charge of specialized finishing equipment, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining top-tier product quality and efficiency.
Fine-tune machinery with precision tools to optimize performance, output speed, and consistency.
Interpret job specifications by reviewing job jackets and proofs to deliver exactly what the customer expects from materials selection to finishing techniques.
Actively monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and initiate corrective actions to maintain uninterrupted production.
Keep operations transparent and organized by accurately completing documentation, data entry, and shift reports in compliance with ISO standards.
Collaborate closely with production leads and team coaches to communicate quality, maintenance, or production concerns.
Ensure seamless shift transitions by clearly sharing job status, machine conditions, and priorities with incoming team members.
Perform routine maintenance and support equipment setup for various finishing processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (5S program), helping enhance workplace organization, safety, and efficiency.
Step in to support team members, provide machine coverage, and assist across departments as business needs evolve.
Work Schedule
Early Weekend Shift:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday (5:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Initial training (6-8 weeks) will take place on first-shift hours to build a strong operational foundation.
What You Bring
Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English.
Solid basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
Familiarity with hand tools, measuring instruments (like calipers), and standard operating procedures.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-driven environment.
Preferred Background
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Hands-on exposure to operating industrial machinery.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Fast-paced manufacturing setting with moderate noise levels.
Requires safety compliance, including safety footwear and protective gear where applicable.
Strong attention to detail, including the ability to distinguish colors accurately.
Frequent repetitive motions with a need for excellent hand-eye coordination.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds when required.

Pay Range•: $18.00 - $20.40 per hour
•Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
