Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Helper to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will provide essential support to skilled tradespeople by assisting with various tasks across construction sites. Your energetic approach and willingness to learn will contribute to efficient project completion, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to support carpentry, drywall, and framing tasks Help with the installation of fixtures, cabinets, doors, and trim carpentry components Support heavy lifting and material handling to move supplies and equipment around the site Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements Aid in metal stud framing, drywall installation, caulking, and painting activities Assist with remodeling projects by performing assembly, fixture installation, and general handyman tasks Experience Prior construction site experience or related hands-on work is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and schematics enhances your ability to succeed in this role Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and fabrication techniques is a plus Experience in carpentry, drywall installation, or remodeling projects will help you excel Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards safety protocols Join us as a Helper and become an integral part of our construction team!
