This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to produce high-quality fabricated parts according to specifications. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate water cutting machines as per daily specifications. Maintain a productive workflow to meet production goals. Accurately record work activity on routing and material sheets when required. Safely and efficiently operate tow motors and overhead cranes. Identify and report any issues, including quality concerns or non-conforming material reports (NCMRs), to the Department Lead, Supervisor, and Quality team. Required Skills & Abilities Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop orders, and written instructions. Proficiency in working with fractions and decimals. Skilled in using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years experience in a production environment.
