Description Monadnock Non-Wovens, a fast growing and busy manufacturer of filters located in Mt. Pocono, is looking for great people to join our team and grow with us. Training is provided and rapid promotions follow. We are currently hiring for Machine Operators and the available shifts are noted below.
D Shift:
(alternate Weds) Thur, Fri, Sat, 7:00pm - 7:00am Full-time employees are eligible for quarterly bonuses, health, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement and paid time off. Must be dependable and able to work as part of a team. Good communication skills are required.
Requirements:
High school diploma/GED
Good communication skills
Basic math skills
Able to lift ~ 50 lbs.
Ability to sit/stand during 12-hour shifts
Previous operator experience preferred but will train.
