12-hour shifts, rotating schedule, nights and weekendsPay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour plus quarterly bonus Role Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Banbury Operator to operate mixing equipment used in the production of PVC compounds. This role is responsible for accurately loading raw materials, monitoring mixing operations, maintaining product quality standards, and supporting downstream production processes while adhering to all safety and housekeeping requirements. You will be responsible for- Operate Banbury mixing equipment used to blend PVC compounds for production
- Load raw materials, colorants, additives, and scrap into the Banbury mixer according to production specifications
- Monitor mixing operations to ensure batch consistency and quality standards are met
- Discharge finished batches to milling operations in a safe and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation
- Perform routine housekeeping and keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies Required Qualifications
- Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred
- Experience working with industrial mixing or processing equipment is a plus
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
